This book tells us in fact no one was , if kauravas were the evil as those daily soaps told us then pandavas even not lesser !!
Everyone were fighting their own battles on those 18 days of intense war , duplicity , treachery knew no bounds whatsoever on those 18 days on kurukshetra !!
Shakuni , the protagonist in the book holds unbreakable vengeance as his sister had been dragged away to hastinapura by none other than Bhisma , Satyavadi Yudhistir tells the half truth to Drona , karna being killed unarmed so as Drona and Bhisma !!
And on the other side Duryodhan insults draupadi, draupadi insults karna as the low class and it continues !!
Mahabharata was not a war of good vs evil – it’s a war of paying your own dues for the karma you did !!
And yet one question baffles Shakuni while being killed by Sahadev – why lord Krishna was on Pandava’s side ?
And this book firmly asks the same question ?
This book is worth a read !!
